Privacy policy

How Tekline collects, uses and protects your personal information, in accordance with Quebec’s Law 25.

Last updated: July 2026

Information we collect

We collect only what you give us voluntarily: name, email, phone, organization and a description of your project when you complete a form, plus your résumé if you apply for a role.

We do not collect sensitive information as defined by Law 25, and we never purchase contact lists from third parties.

How we use it

Your information is used to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, process your application or send you a document you requested. That is all.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information with anyone, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

Retention and security

Business enquiries are kept for three years after last contact. Unsuccessful applications are kept for twelve months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Data is stored on encrypted servers located in Canada, with access restricted to the employees who need it to do their job.

Cookies

This site uses no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers. We use anonymized audience measurement only, and only if you consent through the banner shown on your first visit.

You can withdraw your consent at any time without affecting your use of the site.

Your rights

Law 25 gives you the right to access your information, correct it, request its deletion and withdraw your consent. You may also request portability of your data.

To exercise any of these rights, write to our privacy officer at confidentialite@tekline.ca. We respond within 30 days at the latest.

Privacy officer

As required by Law 25, Tekline has appointed a privacy officer. You can reach them at confidentialite@tekline.ca or by mail at our Montréal address.

If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
