Case study

Espace Montmorency — Tours 1 et 4

Design coordination with the engineers and architects, project management, and RJ45 plus fibre-optic cabling throughout the building — apartments, common areas and service spaces. Online-mode Salto access control, cameras, audio, intercom, administrative telephony and management. A PON system distributes internet and telephony to residents, harmonised with the previous phase into a single unified technology backbone.

The challenge

Deploy the entire technology infrastructure of two towers — access, cameras, audio, intercom, telephony and internet distribution to residents — from the design stage onward with the engineers and architects, while harmonizing with the phases already built.

Our approach

  1. Design work with the engineers and architects to define the technology requirements of both towers

  2. Installation of RJ45 and fibre-optic cabling in the apartments, the common areas and the buildings

  3. Deployment of online-mode Salto access control, cameras, audio and intercom

  4. Setup of administrative telephony and full project management

  5. Installation of a PON system to distribute internet and telephony to residents

  6. Harmonization and standardization with phase 1 for a technology backbone unified across the phases

The outcome

Two more towers folded into a single technology backbone standardized with the earlier phases, with service distribution to residents simplified by a shared PON system.
