Case study

Genia Lasalle

Design coordination with the engineers and architects, project management, and RJ45 plus fibre-optic cabling throughout the building — apartments, common areas and service spaces. Online-mode Salto access control, cameras, audio, intercom, administrative telephony and management. A PON system distributes internet and telephony to residents, harmonised with the previous phase into a single unified technology backbone.

The challenge

Adapt the method normally used on new construction to a major-renovation context for Genia Lasalle, with the same requirements for design work and technology harmonization.

Our approach

  1. Design work with the engineers and architects to define the technology requirements of the renovated building

  2. Installation of RJ45 and fibre-optic cabling in the apartments, the common areas and the building

  3. Deployment of online-mode Salto access control, cameras, audio and intercom

  4. Installation of a PON system to distribute internet and telephony to residents

  5. Harmonization and standardization of technology choices with the project's earlier phases

The outcome

The same technology standard deployed across the portfolio of new builds was successfully adapted to a major-renovation context.
