Case study
Panorama Ste-Dorothée
Design coordination with the engineers and architects, project management, and RJ45 plus fibre-optic cabling throughout the building — apartments, common areas and service spaces. Online-mode Salto access control, cameras, audio, intercom, administrative telephony and management. A PON system distributes internet and telephony to residents, harmonised with the previous phase into a single unified technology backbone.

The challenge
Deploy the entire technology infrastructure of Panorama Ste-Dorothée from the design stage onward with the engineers and architects, in harmony with the project's earlier phases.
Our approach
Design work with the engineers and architects to define the technology requirements for the entire building
Installation of RJ45 and fibre-optic cabling in the apartments, the common areas and the building
Deployment of online-mode Salto access control, cameras, audio and intercom
Installation of a PON system to distribute internet and telephony to residents
Harmonization and standardization with the previous phase for a unified technology backbone
The outcome
The building was delivered with a technology backbone unified with the project's earlier phases, simplifying management for the operator.
