Design coordination with the engineers and architects, project management, and RJ45 plus fibre-optic cabling throughout the building — apartments, common areas and service spaces. Online-mode Salto access control, intercom, cameras, audio, administrative telephony, plus management and connection of the EV charging stations. Harmonised and standardised with phase 1 so both phases share one technology backbone.

The challenge
Deploy the entire technology infrastructure for phase 2 of a residential project — cabling, access, intercom, cameras, telephony and charging stations — while maintaining seamless technical continuity with phase 1, already in operation.
Our approach
Design work with the engineers and architects to define the technology requirements for the entire building
Installation of RJ45 and fibre-optic cabling in the apartments, the common areas and the building
Deployment of online-mode Salto access control, intercom, cameras and audio
Integration of administrative telephony and management of the electric-vehicle charging stations
Harmonization and standardization of technology choices with phase 1 for a unified backbone across both phases
The outcome
Both phases of the project now share one standardized technology backbone, simplifying management and operations for the property manager.
