The challenge

Deploy the entire technology infrastructure of Zenia St-Hyacinthe from the design stage onward with the engineers and architects, including management of the electric-vehicle charging stations.

Our approach

  1. Design work with the engineers and architects to define the technology requirements

  2. Installation of RJ45 and fibre-optic cabling in the apartments, the common areas and the building

  3. Deployment of online-mode Salto access control, intercom, cameras and audio

  4. Setup of administrative telephony and management of the electric-vehicle charging stations

The outcome

The project, currently under way, applies the same standardized method already proven on other new builds of the same type.
