Access control Intelligent security

From the garage to the terrace — explained simply.

Intelligent security

This guide explains, in plain terms, our approach to access control: a solution that centralizes the management of every door, every schedule and every identity on your premises within a single platform.

Whether it is a garage, an office, a server room or a terrace, every access point is managed from the same place, with the same level of control and traceability. This document explains what our offering includes, without unnecessary jargon.

01

A single platform for every door

The principle

Rather than managing each door with its own lock, its own key or its own system, the platform brings together all of your access points in a single interface: main doors, interior doors, garages, gates, terraces or technical access points.

What this changes day to day

  • A complete overview : you see at a glance who has access to what, and where.
  • Centralized management : adding, changing or removing access takes a few clicks, with no lock changes and no keys to redistribute.
  • Full traceability : every entry and every access attempt is logged, with the time, the door and the identity involved.
02

Managing access schedules

Access suited to every situation

Each door can be configured with its own time windows. An employee might have office access only on weekdays from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., while a maintenance contractor has access only to the garage, on one given Saturday morning.

Flexible rules that can evolve

  • Recurring schedules : access valid every business day, on a fixed schedule.
  • One-time access : authorization limited to a specific date and time window, for example for a delivery person or a visitor.
  • Automatic restrictions : access can expire automatically on a given date, with no manual intervention.

These rules reduce the risk of forgotten access rights, or keys circulating unchecked once they are no longer needed.

03

Managing identities

Who has access to what?

Each person (employee, resident, contractor, visitor) has a digital identity linked to one or more access methods: card, badge, PIN code or mobile app, depending on the chosen solution.

Tailored profiles

  • Profiles by role : an "employee" profile, a "maintenance" profile, a "visitor" profile, each with its own rights.
  • Fast assignment : a new identity can be created and activated in minutes, with no lock to replace.
  • Immediate revocation : if a badge is lost or an employee leaves, access is disabled instantly and remotely.

This approach replaces the traditional physical keyring with digital management, which is faster to adjust and harder to circumvent.

Access control

What this approach gives you

  • Simplicity

A single platform to oversee all of your access points, from the garage to the terrace, with no juggling between several systems.

  • Control

Schedules and permissions adjustable door by door and person by person, according to each individual’s real needs.

  • Responsiveness

An identity can be activated or revoked remotely and in real time, without waiting for a lock to be replaced or a key to be returned.

  • Traceability

A complete history of entries, available at any time, useful for security as well as day-to-day management of the premises.

Client guide

Our process, step by step

  1. 1

Site assessment: an inventory of every door and access point to be secured.

  2. 2

Design: selecting the readers and access methods suited to each location (card, code, mobile).

  3. 3

Profile configuration: defining identities, schedules and access levels for each profile.

  4. 4

Installation and integration with the central platform.

  5. 5

Training and handover: getting to grips with the platform and activating the first identities.
