This guide explains, in plain terms, our approach to telecommunications: an infrastructure designed so that the signal — wired, cellular or telephone — is present and reliable everywhere on your premises, with no dead zones.

Too often, each type of network (Internet, telephony, cellular) is managed separately, with its own equipment and its own points of failure. Service entrances: the network’s front door

What is a service entrance?

The service entrance is the point where providers’ networks (Internet, telephony, cable) enter the building. It is the foundation of the entire telecommunications infrastructure: if it is poorly designed, everything downstream suffers.

  • Clear organization : a structured technical room where every cable and device is labelled and accessible.

DAS and cellular boosting: signal everywhere

The problem with cellular signal indoors

Concrete, metal and low-emissivity glass, all common in modern construction, often block cellular signal. The result: dropped calls, slow data connections, or no signal at all in areas such as basements or large halls.

DAS (distributed antenna system)

A DAS captures the cellular signal outside the building and redistributes it inside through a network of discreet antennas, ensuring even coverage, including in areas the signal usually struggles to reach.

Cellular boosting (amplification)

  • Amplifies the existing signal rather than capturing it from a new source — a solution suited to medium-sized spaces.
  • Compatible with all cellular carriers, without depending on any one provider.
  • Particularly useful for emergency communications, which must remain functional throughout the building at all times.

IP telephony: one line for everyone

What is IP telephony?

IP telephony carries voice calls over the same network as your data, rather than over separate traditional phone lines. This simplifies the infrastructure and reduces costs, while offering advanced features (call transfer, unified messaging, mobility).

  • Greater mobility: the same extension number can follow an employee anywhere in the building, or even remotely.
